Delivery and Return Terms

Delivery Time: Order processing and shipment typically occur within 1-3 business days from the date payment is received. The duration for international shipments may vary depending on the customs procedures of the destination country and local courier services.

Shipping Fees: Orders are generally priced based on the shipping method chosen by the customer. Shipping fees may vary depending on the distance of the delivery address and the tax and customs regulations of the destination country.

Tracking Number: A tracking number is provided for all shipments. Customers can track the status of their orders using this number.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: Customers are offered the option of a full refund or the reshipment of products that are lost or damaged during delivery. Customers must report damaged or lost products within 3 business days from the time of delivery.

Return and Refund Conditions:

Return Period: Customers can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return Condition: The products to be returned must be unused, undamaged in their original packaging, and in their original condition.

Return Process: Return requests should be communicated to our customer service team. Once the request is approved, the customer will be provided with return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Processing Time: The return of the product and the completion of the refund process may take up to 14 business days from the date the product reaches us.

Result of Return Process: When the return is approved, the customer's payment will be refunded or replaced with another product upon request.
