This Perfume Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been signed on the date specified below between the parties mentioned as follows:

DEFINITIONS
a) Products: Perfume, cosmetics, or related products produced or sourced by Puzzle Perfume.
b) Order: The Customer’s request for a specific quantity of products at a specified price and delivery terms.
c) Delivery: The shipment of products to the address and conditions specified by the Customer.
- d) Agreement Period: The period from the start date of this agreement to its expiration date.
SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
- Puzzle Perfume grants the Customer the right to sell its products, and the Customer agrees to sell these products under specific conditions.
ORDER AND DELIVERY
a) The Customer will place orders for products in writing or electronically. Puzzle Perfume reserves the right to accept or reject each order.
- b) Deliveries will be made according to the delivery terms agreed upon by the parties. Any damages or losses that occur during delivery must be reported after delivery.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
a) Product prices will be determined for each order.
- b) Payments will be made according to a payment method agreed upon between the parties.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
a) The Customer has the right to return products within 14 days period after receiving them, provided that the products are unused, undamaged in their original packaging, and in their original condition.
b) In cases where products are defective or damaged, the Customer will promptly notify Puzzle Perfume.
- c) Products may be subject to a warranty provided by Puzzle Perfume. Warranty terms and duration may vary depending on the product.
CONFIDENTIALITY
- The parties agree to keep all commercial or technical information shared under this agreement confidential.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
- Any disputes arising from this agreement will be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Istanbul court is authorized.
AMENDMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
- This agreement may be amended in writing by mutual consent of the parties.
This agreement is prepared to regulate the relationship between the parties. The parties agree to comply with all provisions of this agreement.”
