1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of puzzleparfum.com. By using the site you accept them. Purchases are also governed by the Terms of Sale (pre-contractual information and distance sales contract), the Refund Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Privacy Policy.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and confidential. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use. Buyers under 18 should order with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Product information and prices

Colours and images may look different depending on your screen. Prices and availability may change without notice; paid orders are processed at the price at the time of ordering. In case of an obvious pricing or system error we may cancel the order and refund the full payment.

4. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, bottle designs and artworks on the site belong to Puzzle Parfüm and the artist Tahir Cengiz Yatağan and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

5. Prohibited use

Using the site for unlawful purposes, compromising its security, scraping it with automated tools or ordering in bulk for resale is not allowed.

6. Liability

We work to keep the site available and error-free but are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, our platform providers or force majeure. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes are heard by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts; buyers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
