Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Delivery takes no longer than 30 days from the order; if that cannot be met we will let you know, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Delivery within Türkiye

Shipping is free on all orders within Türkiye. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International delivery

We ship worldwide except to Spain and Israel. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place the order, and international shipping is free above a set order value. Delivery times depend on customs and local couriers in the destination country.

Customs duties, import VAT and similar charges in the destination country are paid by the recipient and may be collected by the carrier on delivery. If a parcel is returned because these charges were not paid, we refund the price of the products minus the outbound and return shipping costs.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by e-mail once your order has shipped.

Damaged or lost parcels

If the outer packaging is damaged on delivery, please have the courier record it. Report damaged, incomplete or missing parcels with photos to order@puzzleparfum.com and we will send the item again or refund it. This does not limit your statutory rights.
