Privacy policy
This is our privacy policy and the information notice required by Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), art. 10. Buyers in the European Union also have the GDPR rights listed below.

2. Data we process
- Identity and contact: name, e-mail, phone, delivery and billing address; for business invoices, company name, tax office and tax number.
- Transactions: order contents, amounts, order history, returns and support messages.
- Payment: limited details such as payment status and the last digits of the card. Card numbers are processed by the payment provider and never stored by us.
- Security and usage: IP address, browser and device data, cookies and site usage data.
- Marketing: your e-mail address and preferences, only if you opted in.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Taking orders, payment, delivery, returns and customer support: performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6/1-b).
- Invoicing, accounting and statutory record-keeping: legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç; GDPR art. 6/1-c).
- Fraud prevention, site security and improving our service: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6/1-f).
- Newsletters and campaigns, analytics and advertising cookies: consent (KVKK art. 5/1; GDPR art. 6/1-a), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Sharing and transfers
We share data only as needed for these purposes with: Shopify, our e-commerce platform; the payment provider; shipping and courier companies; our e-invoicing provider; our accountant; and public authorities when legally required.
Shopify's servers are located abroad (Canada, Ireland, the United States and other countries), so your data is transferred outside Türkiye under standard contractual clauses and appropriate safeguards (KVKK art. 9), and for orders shipped abroad, as necessary to perform the contract.
5. How we collect data
Through our website, checkout, e-mail and social media messages and cookies, by fully or partly automated means.
6. Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for up to 10 years under Turkish tax and commercial law, distance sales contracts for 3 years, and marketing consent until you withdraw it. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may ask whether we process your data, request information about it, its purpose and recipients, have it corrected, deleted or destroyed and those changes passed on to recipients, object to results of automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing (KVKK art. 11). In the EU you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies
Essential cookies are used for the cart, checkout and security and cannot be switched off. Analytics, personalisation and advertising cookies only run if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the privacy preferences link at the bottom of the page or in your browser settings.
